With the colors of Salmon, pink, crimson, gold, blue, black and white, a palette has been created, which attracts your sight each time you pass through the wooden door, while entering in the terrace towards the main hall of the old captain’s house at Fira, where Koukoumavlos is housed. The Volcano is standing in front of you, like a prehistoric entity that seems tired of being for thousands of years, but at the same time with no strength to let go and dive in the deep dark blue sea….It is true that there is a palette, however, as you soon will understand, here what matters is not the first impression, the initial glow of the colors, the initial intensity of flavors or the first impression from your meeting with the chef.
