His cuisine involves a deep knowledge and appreciation of selected Greek flavors and their complementarity with widely recognized ingredients.
His creativity was acknowledged through the years. He has won numerous accolades and awards, including the highly coveted Toques d’Or -Golden Hat (Chrysos Skoufos) for consecutive years (2002-2015).
